This website
This marketing website does not require an account. You can read every page without signing in, and we do not ask you to submit personal information here. Links marked Start Free or Login take you to the RouteProfit Pro application, which has its own sign-in.
Information in the app
When you create an account, we handle the information you provide to set it up, plus the business data you choose to save: service profiles and pricing factors, customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, routes, and workday time entries. This data belongs to you and exists so the app can calculate profitability and keep your work organized.
How we use it
Your data is used to deliver the product: generating quotes, calculating estimated profit and profit per hour, storing job history, and producing your reports. We also use limited technical information, such as error and performance diagnostics, to keep the app working correctly.
What we do not do
We do not sell your business data. We do not share your customer lists or pricing with other RouteProfit Pro users, and we do not use your job data to advertise to you or to your customers.
Service providers
We rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, and subscription billing. These providers process data only as needed to operate the service, under their own security obligations. A current list of providers is available on request.
Your choices
You can view and edit the data in your account at any time from within the app. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and its contents. Deleting your account removes your saved business data, subject to any records we are required to retain for billing or legal reasons.
Security
Access to your account is protected by authentication, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to keep your device access protected.
Changes and contact
If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the date above and notify account holders. For any privacy question or data request, contact the RouteProfit Pro support team through the app.
