These terms cover your use of this website and the RouteProfit Pro application. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Your account
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, and for the accuracy of the pricing factors, costs, times, and job details you enter.
Acceptable use
Use RouteProfit Pro for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, resell access to the app, or reverse engineer it.
Plans and billing
The Free plan is available at no cost and includes the basic profit calculator, single-job quotes, and manual cost entry. Pro is offered at $14.99 per month or $152.90 per year. Paid plans renew automatically for the same term until you cancel, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions are created and managed inside the app, not on this website.
Estimates are estimates
RouteProfit Pro performs calculations using the numbers you enter. Suggested quotes, estimated profit, margins, and profit-per-hour figures are planning aids, not financial, tax, or accounting advice, and they are not a guarantee of business results. Any dollar amounts shown on this website are illustrative examples used to explain how the calculations work.
Your data
You retain ownership of the business data you enter. You grant us permission to store and process it as needed to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of records you are required to retain.
Availability and changes
We work to keep RouteProfit Pro available and improve it over time, which means features may be added, changed, or retired. The service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties beyond those required by law. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms and contact
